This is an awesome little recipe that we love with waffles. Super simple and very fast too.

1 bag of Butler Soy Curls (I get an 6 bag pack on Amazon)
Water to cover
1/2 cup sriracha
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup molasses (I don’t use blackstrap, but your call)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup soy sauce
Empty the bag of soy curls into a bowl and cover with water. Let soak for 10 minutes. Curls will expand while soaking so make sure you have enough water in the bowl to cover them throughout the 10 minutes. Don’t let them soak too long beyond the 10 minutes. I’ve made that mistake and wound up with soy mush.
While curls are soaking mix the remaining ingredients in a larger bowl for the BBQ sauce. Drain the water off the curls and add them to the larger BBQ sauce bowl. Stir so all the curls are covered in sauce. You can cook them in on the stove top in a large pan right away or hold them a few minutes so they can soak in some of the sauce and then cook them. These are really delicious.
If the sauce is too hot for you simply use a little less sriracha sauce.
